What does our re-opening mean for you?
We are pleased to confirm that our showrooms will be fully operational from Monday 1st June.
As a responsible retailer, Pidcock Motorcycles Ltd is committed to taking proactive and preventative steps to help stop the spread of Coronavirus. We are doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace.
We have taken great measures internally to ensure all our showrooms are held to incredibly high standards and our team are working hard to minimise any risk that could occur.
As you may appreciate, our sales department layout and processes will differ from your previous visits, and so we wanted to let you know what you can expect when you visit.
In the interests of the safety of our customers and colleagues, we will be operating an appointment only system for visiting our showroom. When making your appointment you will be allocated a specific time slot in which to visit our store.

On arrival, you will notice that there are several controls in place to protect the health and safety of everyone on site, and we would ask that these measures are observed and respected.

Is there a safe area for me to view the vehicles in your showroom?
Yes, in the interests of the safety of our customers and colleagues, we will be operating an appointment only system for visiting our showroom. When making your appointment you will be allocated a specific time slot in which to visit our store. Each store has a designated viewing area where social distancing and sanitisation processes have been implemented.
Is there a contactless way of purchasing a vehicle?
Yes, we have a contactless process in place which means our customers can view, reserve, and take delivery of their new vehicle without visiting the showroom.

Will I be able to test ride your demonstrators?
Yes, we have set up safe and contactless demo process. We will ensure that all touchpoints are sterilised before and after the vehicle has been used for demonstrator rides.
Will hand sanitiser be available when I visit your showroom?
Hand sanitiser stations will be available for use by our customers as they enter and leave the site.
Why can't I pay with cash for my vehicle?
In order to reduce the risk to both our customers and our colleagues, we have taken the decision not to accept cash. This means that you can pay via debit or credit card and bank transfer.
Can I opt for delivery?
Yes, we are offering a safe and contactless delivery service
How is my vehicle being sanitised before collection/delivery?
The safety of our customers and colleagues is our priority during these challenging times. We will be ensuring that your vehicle is sanitised before you take delivery. We will ensure that all touchpoints are sterilised before, during and after your vehicle has been through our service centre.
How will I receive my invoice/paperwork for my vehicle?
Your invoice and any accompanying documentation will be supplied to you electronically, in order to avoid the need for multiple people to handle your paperwork.
Our first point of call will be to work through the vehicles that have been left with us during the lockdown period and return them to their owners.
Our service centres will turn their attention to those customers who have missed their scheduled work due our workshops being closed. Please be aware, our team will be contacting all our customers with an existing booking to reschedule your appointment, there is no need to contact us at this time and we appreciate your patience.
